Data we process

This website does not collect personal data through forms, does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools. We only process the data you voluntarily provide when you message us on WhatsApp: your name, phone number and any information about your trip that you choose to share.

If you choose a larger text size, your browser stores that preference in its local storage to keep it across pages. It is not personal data, it is never sent to any server and you can delete it from your browser settings.

Purpose and legal basis

We use that data to answer your enquiry and prepare a travel proposal. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent when you start the conversation.

Recipients and international transfers

The conversation takes place via WhatsApp, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms, which acts under its own terms. Our team operates from Peru, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

We keep the conversation for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by Peruvian tax law.

Your rights
